    Create Invoice: Polish KSeF Mandate Timeline Banner

    New feature | released November 30, 2025


    Polish sellers creating an invoice on the Tradeshift platform will now see a country compliance message banner with the latest Polish KSeF e-invoicing mandatory implementation timeline.

    This banner provides sellers with visibility and transparency into the mandate's adoption plan, allowing them to be reminded of the regulation and plan their compliance accordingly.



    Create Invoice: Poland KSeF Reference Number Validation

    New feature | released November 30, 2025


    To help Polish sellers ensure accuracy, we have introduced real-time format checking for the KSeF reference number when it is entered on Tradeshift for a cleared e-invoice.

    This validation will help prevent issues by immediately identifying and preventing users from submitting an incorrectly formatted KSeF reference number.



    Create Invoice: India QR Code Extraction from PDFs

    Feature enhancement | released November 30, 2025


    Sellers in India can now upload their cleared e-invoice in PDF format containing the QR Code information.

    This improvement allows the QR Code data to be extracted from the PDF, saved into the TSUBL structure, and displayed in the invoice legacy viewer, new viewer, and the Tradeshift PDF layout. This enhances support for Indian sellers who choose to upload the PDF format file over the JWT file.



    Create Invoice: Line-Level Country of Origin Autofill

    Feature enhancement | released November 30, 2025


    For sellers who choose to enrich their invoice with line-level details, the "Country of Origin" field will now be automatically populated with the seller's country information, fetched directly from the company profile.

    This improvement significantly reduces manual effort and speeds up the invoice creation process.




    ScanIO: Editable PO Delivery Address Details

    Feature enhancement | released November 30, 2025


    Building on October’s new feature that automatically maps Purchase Order (PO) delivery details to an invoice in ScanIO, you can now edit the automatically filled in PO delivery address details at the line level while the invoice is in the Draft status in ScanIO.

    This ensures the final dispatched UBL document reflects the updated delivery address before the invoice is sent, providing full control over the delivery information derived from the PO.



    ScanIO: Enabling PDF Previews for Auto-Dispatched Documents

    New feature | released November 30, 2025


    We have introduced a feature flag that, when enabled, forces PDF preview generation for ScanIO documents that are auto-dispatched to Seller Enrichment.

    This update addresses the need to visualize invoice previews during the enrichment process, which is particularly helpful for accelerating issue diagnosis and mapping iterations.


    Note: This functionality is controlled by a feature flag and is not enabled by default. If you require this feature, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager to have it enabled for your account.
